Care Communications - Caring for StaffStaff Attack System Attacks on staff are rising and so providing protection is an operational as well as legal necessity. Where staff may feel threatened or vulnerable, our infra-red staff attack system will allow others to be alerted to their situation using small, lightweight and robust portable triggers which when operated, report the location, type and time of call back to a central display.
Two levels of alarm can be raised beginning with ‘assistance’ by simply pressing a discreet button and emergencies where a more urgent level of alarm can be raised by simply tugging the trigger away from your belt.
The system can accommodate a wide variety of facilities such as pagers, alarm sounders and links to CCTV systems to record an event happening. It is also available in a wireless format too.
One example of such systems in use would be in a Court where, for added security, staff would wear our portable staff attack triggers. In circumstances where staff feels threatened, a button could be pressed wherever they are and help can be instantly summoned. A common requirement would be for pagers to receive calls or for CCTV cameras to be activated so as to record the events for evidence.
Lone Worker System Wherever people are working alone, from factories to office blocks, our lone worker system provides the perfect solution. When an employee has fallen down and remains static for a designated period of time, an alarm is automatically set off. This wireless system also includes an integrated ‘distress button’ too for extra peace of mind.
